Excellent instructional from one of the best to ever do it. Love the fact it teaches you escapes and defence against Achilles locks and toe holds as well as heel hooks. You need this instructional if you want to improve your defence.

I get so much out of each of Gordon's instructions. Such valuable insight is delivered right to your person instantaneously. These dvds are packed with information and may overwhelm the watcher initially. Take chunks at a time and work on them. Integrate them during drilling, Q&A time at the end of class, during open mat and more. My game has grown exponentially. I am grateful for the platform and the instruction from Danaher, Gordon, Lachlan, and more! 100% worth every penny (and then some)!

I think some people are criticising this as it's TOO thorough - not sure what that's about. Gordon's instructionals are best used to refer to over a long period, you're not going to absorb this quickly. It's vital though - already i have a much clearer response to leglock threats.
