  There’s so much to digest here. You will find yourself constantly coming back to this video, based on the situations you have. I really enjoy that he breaks down what kid of defense it is, so that if you prefer one kind of escape you can easily focus on that. Lastly, I enjoy his honesty on the likelihood of success of each escape.

  As always, Gordon is just so good and detailed. I feel this is more widely applicable than his leg lock counters to back take instructional. Also, there is details even for competitors who are willing to take breaks (not me!) that I found fascinating.
