Great teaching method
Flavio is a nice and clever guy. His approach to the instructional clearly show the latter. He doesn’t “show” you a technique, nor he give you details. He “bring” you to the technique with specific drills. Something seen in some gyms but rarely on tape. And the choke itself is amazing.

Very interesting!
The explanations in the dvd are very clear and detailed. The method is progressive, starting with some drills. This choke is not only a "special technique" to know but can become a complete system to define your own game plan. Definitely recommend!
