  I am a brown belt in judo and black belt in bjj, also a big fan of Flavio Canto, I liked the way he uses Sutemi Waza to continue attacking in the ground. Flavio Canto Choke is my favorite technique and I'm happy for this purchase.

  I had to watch each chapter twice. The editing is somewhat out of order. Canto is so flawless, it is hard to see the details the first few times. Then I tried it in practice, came back and watched again. The techniques are great.

• Expand your game

  It was one of the moist common st800 control attacks of my regular partner... some times it worked, some times didn't... but I never was prepared... Now I not only see it's coming, but, though it's not one of my first options, it usually helps passing half guard or in top side control.
