If you can just grasp one concept it’s was with the money. Many perfect positions and techniques . It really has me cutting out a ton of useless junk I was taught. If you are an instructor this should definitely be in your playbook.

Another too notch instructional from The King Gordon Ryan. Not only is he a great competitor but he is an excellent teacher. The content is well laid out and easy to understand. Weather you have trained for one or a dozen years you will gain a ton of knowledge that will instantly up you game. This isn’t a video where you lean a few moves. This is an entire training manual full of theory and explanation. The concepts are throughly explained in precise detail. This is another must have in your training library.
