For starters I’m a white belt and I’ve only been practicing the first section so far on my ***** I’m only a gi practitioner aswell but after the first class I done I was able use the wrist lock to defend myself against other white belts it worked like a charm 😁 I can’t wait to dive deeper into the course I really recommend it especially for any other newbies who would love that extra bit of defence
more than just wrist locks but even some defensive concepts. Really nice tidbits: more than just trap the wrist pin the elbow!
yes, I remember when he did a short video on 30 different wristlocks and I started doing the stuff, it made people semi timid to touch me. Now Its a whole other level. Never even thought of the twist variations, omg yes Never going to get my purple belt at this rate if all I do is wristlocks lolol, whatever it is so fun and it just works.
Cool ways to use wrist lock in your guard game. Easily explained and practical information for everyone.
Enjoyed it, especially kimura defense is money.
Thanks the Pete’s instructionals I’m officially a menace at my gym. A title I wear proudly .
