Ive been felipe costa student for almost 10 years and his y-guard have been a big influence in my game, now that i have this instructional i saw more details and all the secrets from my home (mexico) and keep evolving this amazing guard

Felipe Costa has been my mestre for almost 3 years and I am so glad to have met him and start to train in his academy. His classes as well as being bewitching, are very technical, with many details. The Y-guard is amazing and for sure you will like it! Thanks mestre for sharing your knowledge! Oss.

I’ve being training on Felipe’s team for more than 12 years and attended many seminars and camps. His technical details are extra sharp because of his size, most of his training partner are bigger than him and that’s why he developed more profound understanding of The concepts. I highly recommend to watch his videos, specially those focused on Y GUARD and Half Guard.
