Perfect
Felipe Costa has a very interesting and beautiful game. The Y closed guard will give you a ability to lock and slow down training partners, and they will be stuck in a system with lots of options. Great instructor and well set up instructional.
Game changer
Incredible knowledge in this video. Really surprises my training partners when applying y guard in training. Looks complex but it is not. Simple and engaging.

A lot of guys have weird BJJ systems but very very few of them have worked at the highest levels. this one is gold, no one will know what to do in these positions unless they have this instructional. it's a must buy if you want an edge of all your training partners

Impossível visitar a Brazilian Black Belt e não ter sido envolvido com essas variações muito bem desenvolvidas. Felipe é na minha opinião um dos melhores professores do Brasil, com uma didática fácil de entender!!!

Mestre Felipe has been confusing blackbelts of the highest levels, sweeping them and taking their backs for ages. He is an excellent professor who makes his secrets easy to understand.. Highly recommended

I'm a half guard player and I find myself in a modified version of this position quite a bit. I think the details Felipe gives are most valuable. What he teaches about hip position and connections not only enhance this position, but can be applied to many other positions and techniques to improve my overall game.

Love this series! Really opens your eyes to concepts that Felipe Costa has developed using this unique guard. He really has a great way of teaching with so many scenarios that he has experienced at a world class level. Great stuff!

I can tell that Felipe is in the highest level of instruction. I have attented a lot of seminars with a lot of top black belts and hes the best , just because the way he focus and explain all the details, its amazing. Hes always teaching what he really does, all of this are high level tested techniques. I would highly recommend this instructional 100%!!
