A great product, even if you don't have a familiarity with John Danahers system (but that is a plus) What Gary does in this series is a deep dive on transitions. If you use this product as a method for creating drills you will find moving from one set of attacks directly into other sets of attacks. Most popular being a transition from a rolling outside heel hook escape into knee bar, into outside heel hook. Gary breaks down each phase of transition and outlines troubled positions. Another position that is covered is what others would call a Kimura trap position. Gary outlines each step as he goes, but is honest and open about where he sees students fail and how to correct those failed positions. Overall the instructional video is excellent. Thorough dissection of position seems to be common amongst members of the DDS and it is on full display here with Gary. You won’t be disappointed with what you get here, is all useful and practical positions that if practiced will benefit anyones game!

Really useful stuff after going through all of the ETS volumes. This fills holes I didn't even realize were there, but I've noticed them pop up in several rolls and also watching high level comps.

This is not my first video by Tonon. His programs work. Period. It’s straight forward with just the amount of detail needed to learn and apply. This video begins chaining moves together so you can see it in action, it’s a great way to build your game.

A great product, especially if you own danahers products. While you dont receive full submission details ( thus not ripping off danaher) you get a plethora of chained submission attacks.

If you only buy one course that focuses on submissions, it should be this one. It's like getting the best parts of all the DDS system videos in one course- of course with less detail on any individual system than the dedicated course, but this is unparalleled as a guide for building a game plan and transitioning between different attacks.
