Gary has a great teaching style and amazing hair :smiley:. I was immediately able to improve my game after watching the Kimura and kneelocks. It’s a lot of fun having moments were I fee like I’m on auto pilot chaining multiple attacks together.

There were transitions on this instructional that I have never seen before. I am on youtube and instagram daily and still have not seen anything like what is featured on this instructional. I feel the most valuable part of this instructional is how to practically transition to the legs from many control positions and submissions. I thoroughly enjoyed watching this instructional and cannot wait to drill the transitions featured.

I watched all of John Danahers enter the system. This video links it all together. Gary takes the specific moves Danaher gives endless details on and links them together. He paints the full picture. My game exploded after watching this video and drilling a few times. It helped he get into a position and attack in 3s and 4s. A must have, especially for any DDS followers.
