  This one and the other instructional video he made really are full of gold. The way he explains everything and keeps your attention just makes it so easy to understand. Everything from the frog feet to the way you move your hips, when and why you do each and every move, and detail. I have been training a long time and the smallest details make such a big difference and they are just pouring out of Pedro Sauer in this series. I sure hope you will have him make more of these for us. Thank you!!
