Absolutely fantastic instructional - excellent value too
A wide array of side control submissions, perfectly executed to maximise leverage, and presented in a very engaging way. Really useful instructional to have in the library as a reference for how to execute any nogi side control attack. Highly recommended. Also fully agree with the excellent review from Markus.

Professor Pedro Sauer gives you an overall concept of hot to use the skeleton structure and angles to posituon yourself in a way to get the best leverage. Furthermore he points out how he always gives a little space so that he cam catch this targets highlx efficient. He also shows how you should use your feet whenever possible to block and rake soace and to put pressure onto your opponent. He explains anf applies this concepts in every single technique. Simply amazing!!
