Super cool details to passes. Guys are very experienced with competitions and teaching this makes this instructional very good to implement in our own game.
very good method to pass the guard and well detailed because the detail in bjj is important great video
Langaker is a top competitor, a great teacher (along with Mathiesen) and you will get tons of stuff perfectly explaining. loved the material - it feels a new school dvd with deep roots in the old school. amazing video.
instructional very well done. Useful and helpful Practical and easy to apply Good
Clear, uncommon, practical!
I really enjoyed this entire instructional, particularly Espen's knee slice passing system. I really like how he methodically moved through setup and then variations based on your opponent's most likely responses.
Good material that is presented clearly. The passes work in practice. I would have liked to see a small overview of the different positions in the beginning. For example, what is reverse de la riva, and what makes it work.
I got these videos when they were on the daily deal, thanks @BJJFANATICS for the deals. The trailer looked very interesting and I was intrigued to see more. I was very curious to see what/how Europeans/Nordics are approaching guard passing as I suspected it would be different from the techniques shown by Brazilians or North Americans. The techniques were really interesting. These two athletes are very technical and have a very fluid approach to passing the guard. I highly recommend. The details these guys show are really good and will be beneficial to any athlete looking at new approaches to guard passing.
Excellent instructional. Very clear on details. I like the way they show the positions in real time speed as well.
One of the best instructionals covering the modern guard game. Both Tommy and Epsen are great instructors. Both having an eye for detail, but also have the ability to pass those details over to the viewer. Absolutely loved every bit of the Viking Series
