• Knee Slide and Pressure Passing

  This nordish guys offer a very clear and on point instructional about guard passing. 1st half is about how to get to and execute the kneecut if possible from RDLR and stackpass/legdrag from RDLR. 2nd half is about over/under based guard passing via over/under passes or through transitions to hip staple passes, leg drag and stack passes. Recommend!

  Tommy's game is great. He shows some great techniques to attack the back after the pass and also has some tweaks on guard passes i have been using for years.
