Simple but very rational way to train with weights for grapplers
His approach may seem a lil bit simplistic, but essentially it's just cutting all the unnecessary fluff providing you with the quite basic but foolproof effective approach to make you stronger and more resilient. It's kind of back to the basics (that proved to be the most bang for the buck though). Highly recommended for anybody, but especially for those with less experience in programming.

Dr. Mike at it again with some great quality advice conveyed with a great sense of humor. I've rearranged my lifting and BJJ schedules around this video and restructured my strength training sessions (more exercises, less reps, more core movements).
