Great course for adding weight training to your BJJ
Does as promised, gives a breakdown of the core movement patterns, reps, and ways to work weight training into your BJJ schedule. Nothing too in-depth or complicated, but this does not need to be complicated. Good value for the price which pushes this to five stars.
Mike is a legend
Easiky digestable and so eonjoyable MIke taking you through all the basics you need to know for why and how to complement your BJJ journey in the gym, Mike you are the GOAT

Some decent info
There is some decent info in this video. even down to some sample workouts. Never heard of deloading before watching this video so that seems beneficial. Mr Istaetel definitely likes to talk but keeps it pretty interesting. Plus couldn't beat it for the low price.
Great!
Quality advice!
Very Solid program
It’s a great program! I truly feel like my recovery is on point and I’m feeling a lot stronger while still maintaining/making new gains. Dr. Mike is the man!
Great!
This changed how I thought about weightlifting.
I thought I needed to haze myself with volume, one I stopped the progression started. Thanks for teaching me about RDLS, Squats, and upright rows. Those were the biggest game changers.
Great from beginner to expert
This instruction was great, it goes through an identifies your needs as a grappler how you can build a plan to strengthen those particular skills or muscle groups that will improve your skills as well as identifying a very basic plan to build on. This is no fly-by-night instructional. This is a put together plan by a gentleman that has his doctorate in physical science 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This course is a no brainer
Dr. Mike has done it again! This is a great no nonsense easy to follow program for how to get jacked and up your BJJ game. If you’re looking for that competitive edge on the mat you found it! Mike couldn’t be more right that StrengthxBJJ Technique= performance This is the best laid out way to multiply your game.
Exactly what the content promises
Great material that supplements and addresses topics he has not mentioned in RP strength YouTube channel or in interviews with BJJ practitioners.
Reasonably priced and practical
This is a fairly basic and standard but comprehensive overview of strength training for jiu-jitsu with an emphasis on dumbbell and barbell lifts (not bodyweight exercises). He lays out programming using his standard PPT format, so it's easy to follow and implement. I think it pairs well with Phil Daru's "Rolling Strong" as the latter focuses more on stretching, mobility, and some less traditional strength training exercises. You could possibly find a lot of this same information on Israetel's YouTube channel, but it's nice to have everything laid out here and the price is very reasonable for the content.
