Super detailed
Definitely one of the best X guard instructional out there. I was able to pick up a lot of new details that make the position more effective. Andy makes it clear and to the point without a lot of the useless talking and fluff. Can't wait until Andy Murasaki puts out a guard passing DVD as well.

Detail packed instructional.
I’m still working through the first chapter on entries, but what immediately stands out is the attention to detail and the multi-faceted instructional approach. It makes the technical information much easier to absorb. It may take some time to fully integrate, but I’m excited about the learnings ahead!
