• Great for teaching kids

  Instructor does a good job of going into depth on the selected moves! This video doesn’t include a wide category, but on the moves that are taught he takes a well explained approach that makes it easy for kids to understand. I also enjoyed him having the kids demonstrate the moves so you can really see where they struggle and how he gives them advice to better their performance. If your kid is having problems with escaping or reversing from bottom, they would benefit greatly from this video!
