Matt's "Beat Bigger, Stronger Grapplers Blueprint" is an absolute game-changer for anyone looking to improve their skills against larger, more powerful opponents. As someone who regularly trains with bigger grapplers, I found the concepts and techniques in this blueprint incredibly practical and effective. What sets this program apart is its focus on strategy and leverage rather than brute strength. Matt does an excellent job breaking down each technique step by step, making it easy to understand and apply on the mats. The emphasis on timing, positioning, and energy efficiency has not only helped me hold my own but also gain the upper hand against opponents I used to struggle with. The instructional videos are clear and concise, and Matt’s teaching style is engaging and encouraging. He addresses common mistakes and gives tips to refine your execution, which is perfect for grapplers of all levels. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, you'll walk away with tools to elevate your game. Since implementing the techniques in this blueprint, I've noticed a significant improvement in my confidence and performance during rolls. It’s not just about surviving anymore—it's about thriving, even against opponents with size and strength advantages. If you're serious about leveling up your grappling and learning how to beat bigger and stronger opponents, I highly recommend this blueprint. It's a must-have for any martial artist looking to maximize their potential on the mats!
This instruction really helped me to manage to roll with bigger guys.
Thos was informative and helpful for the concept of using single legs on bigger opponents.
Matt Arroyo's instructionals are some of the best out there. The techniques and strategies are explained well, while still being concise.
That information is very useful for little grapplers like me
Very insightful overview of concepts regarding size differences when one is the smallest person
sucks not helpful at all you can't beat bigger stronger opponents using these techniques
This is a great video. I've been struggling with larger opponents, and this video has really helped me formulate a game plan for grappling with them!
Matt's content is practical and effective. I would recommend his instructional.
The solutions and mechanics I was looking for, thanks.
awesome stuff.
Matt did an extremely job with this instructional. I was very impressed with his YouTube content and when I started looking for more I found this video. Exactly what I was looking for. His teaching method is direct, easily understood and efficient. I'll definitely look into more of his products.
Love the instructional very detailed explanation and the way he teaches.
Ultra Heavy bois hate this
My wife 125 lbs and I 190 lbs interestingly enough have the same issue, we are always the smallest in our groups. Our gym cuts the line at 190 for rolls. So she is in 190 and below and I'm in 190 and above. We have behemoths in our gym 260-320 lbs I have to roll with and some of them are very athletic. This instructional told me it's ok to not play jiujitsu with them the way I would a like sized opponent. I've stopped going for low percentage stuff and have become more of a problem for them. A+ on this one. Good mindset and techniques.
Awesome detail
Matt Arroyo delivers some of the best content; his videos are always a value. The techniques offered here are effective. When fighting much larger opponents, one needs to know what to go for, what is high percentage and low percentage. This instructional guides you through this terrain. Great instructor.
Great insight to the strategy of fighting a bigger stronger opponent.
