  Buchecha is by far one of my favourite fighters. I wait all his instructional (from the very first) and it always worth it. In this series he addressed the leg attack. The instructional is great, the techniques shown are mainly for the upper belt… but I believe that, given the modern game, the sooner you start play with them the better.
