  It’s not the most comprehensive instructional but the content is pure gold. Fabio Gurgel is a legendary trainer and you can see why. Not too ‘talky’ or pretentious but still he articulates the techniques very well. Just the right balance for me.

  Gurgel is a legend. Don’t let the summary fool you, it’s a dvd full of techniques. Every chapter subtitle contains 2/3 techniques. Well worth every penny
