One of the best instructeur ...Again is this DVD
In my view, the best type of instructional à guy can create: strong and solid concepts and a consistent set of techniques based on them and with clear indications of how you can create your own techniques based on those same concepts.
Fabio Gurgel has a lot to teach, and it gets way easier to learn the new stuff from the new guys if you have learnt the old lessons in the first place.
I love the fact that he explains the older methods and why the modern/updated ways work better. It definitely left me with a better understanding of how to approach guard passing. I also know it must be good because I didn't fall asleep.
More concepts that technics. It will improve your game
Another great video from the Master
I really improve my passing skills thanks to this tutorial
All the concepts are gold!
Amazing video
I have other passing video and I have to say if I have to keep only two this will be one of them. Well conceived, good and clear audio that for me not being native englush soeaking is important, and explained in a very effective way by a great master of the art.
Professor Fabio Gurgel did an outstanding instructional about pressure passing. It is about negating and clearing your opponent's hooks and frames lead by constant pressure. He points out how to shift your weight for which particular purpose. Furthermore he offers the idea of focus on getting yourself to a sweet spot that you are comfortable with and progress out of this as well as to use dominant positions to wring your opponent out that he offers you one path or another to eventually gives you the pass. ABSOLUTE RECOMMENDATION!!
Strong foundation for beginners and also for experts
Great instructional with excellent details
The General raised a generation of champions. No fancy moves, everything applicable at any age/for any body type
I love the teaching style and philosophy. I use the seated guard passing tips every day.
As always, His instructional is great!
