• The best way to fight, explained in detail

  I believe that leg riding with ground and pound is the best, safest way to fight. It takes away all your opponents options and lets you beat on them with impunity. I have been waiting for a good instructional on this subject for years. It is finally here. This is the grappling instructional I have been waiting for. 10/10.
