  Malachy teaches some nontypical moves but they work without perfect timing and work with resisting partners. He also shows why they work which allows you to troubleshoot when they do not work for you.

• Unique approach and subission settings taught systematically

  Professor Zach Malachy provided a great series of setting up well known submissions in a different and highly efficient way. Either by refining the key details or by misguiding your opponent's expectations and take a different turn but keeping or even increasing your pressure/level of control. Youvget also great hacks for breaking grips and holds. He talks you through the techniques step by step from various angles and at the end of each sequence you get different angles in full speed. Highly recommend!!

• Absolutely fantastic instructional

  I've been a fan of Malachy for a while now, I have a couple of his instructionals from another site and his material is innovative to say the least. This instructional has a bit of everything but I would say it's submission heavy which is never a bad thing. There's no filler in this series, Malachy breaks each technique down perfectly giving you what you need to know to start implementing them into your game and I have to say I think every technique in this instructional is worthy of going into your game. I honestly think some of these are genius level. Follow him on Instagram and you'll get a glimpse of what your about to buy.
