  I really love the simplicity of the techniques. My Sensei uses some of these techniques on me at times. He always tells me that in tournies its the simple techniques that win. Love the explications given. I've know about the flower sweep for a long time but forgot about how many other options become available from the full guard. I like the short path to submissions.   A whole game around the flower sweep. Sweeping variations. Submissions out of trsnsitions and when the sweep is hit. Very precise details and good camera angles and zooms. Recommend!!

  The best guard sweep series to begin with for white belts. Also a great video for higher belts to refresh an bring back into the arsenal of guard tricks. Wonderful for all age levels of jiu jitsu, especially us older guys.
