He breaks legwork down into very guided steps so that leg pummeling changes from just swinging your legs over your opponents limbs into how to guide your legs over and on top of your opponents limbs to get out the best benefit of it. The add on of the perspective from above on top of the scenarios is amazing too!

  Leg pummeling is kind of a dark art that Shawn Williams clarifies in brilliant fashion. I love the structure on this one, they show the actual move first (a concept that all bjj instructional need to do), then go into theory and technique. Bout to start tearing up these fools with leg pummels.
