Craig Jones never disappoints
The theory part of this video is rational and easy to understand. When he explains the different moves in his videos it is also easy to comprehend. He gets straight to the point, and the escapes are easy to execute.

Thorough and simple instructional that covers how to escape the major submissions
Craig Jones is incredibly entertaining in this instructional and, through a series of short, easy to understand videos, demonstrates different ways to escape the main submissions such as Kimuras, Armbars and Triangles at different stages. This gets the job done and I have definitely noticed an improvement in my ability to escape various submissions.

The instructional has certainly helped me, and I love how Craig gets straight to the point. He not only brings techniques to escape and defend but also presents the possibilities of different reactions and how to address them.
