  Craig takes us through great basic escapes ajd defences against the most popular no gi subs. He also builds on these escapes in later instructionals, like Octopys 2.0, so its fairly important to master these ground level escapes. Also plenty of class crooked Creg humour.

• A Great Overview

  Since Danaher's New Wave Submission Escapes almost never comes on sale (and I'd like to get it), and I already had Tonon's Exit the System, I was a little hesitant to get this. However, I always love Craig's teaching style and perspective, so I decided to take the dive. Excellent. I love that he goes over what he thinks to be the highest percentage escapes to focus on. Also, Tonon doesn't cover a Buggy Choke escape, and to my knowledge Danaher doesn't either. Appreciate that Craig covered that, since I wasn't able to find a decent one anywhere. I didn't like that Craig was especially crass in this one, though in general I love his sense of humour.
