  A comprehensive beginners instructional that covers all the main aspects for a beginner in BJJ. Coach Welman has an excellent teaching style that is easy to understand and follow. We are currently using this instructional as a review for our 14 year old daughter who is returning to Brazilian jiu jitsu after a three year break to study Kodokan kudo. I will be looking at obtaining some of his other instructionals since I am so impressed with this one. I hope he will make some no gi instructionals in the future as well.
