Good advice. Buy it.
I’ve recently been frustrated with hip and lower back discomfort following both rolls and conditioning work. The assessment that this course provided helped me identify specific areas where my mobility is most limited and the routine has helped me start addressing mobility issues. Shortly after starting to execute this routine as a daily practice I’m noticing better mobility and reduced discomfort after hard workouts.
A practical mobility instructional designed specifically with grapplers in mind. Welman covers flexibility, stability, and full-body mobility, with targeted work for the hips, spine, shoulders, knees, neck, wrists, and ankles. The follow-along routines make it easy to actually put the material into practice. Excellent for BJJ players who want to move better, recover smarter, and keep training for the long haul.
GOOD MEDICAL INSTRUCTIONS. I'm satisfied.
These are very important techniques for your health. I liked them.
Good video
Fantastic mobility program.
Instructional gives an understanding of mobility and why it’s important to work on it
Great
Really practical warm-ups and cooldowns. Don’t have to be an acrobat to do. Easy to implement and to stay consistent with.
*"Movement Is Medicine" by Jared Welman is exactly what I didn’t know I was missing in my training. As a brown belt pushing hard on the mats, mobility is the key to both performance and injury prevention — and this course nails it. Jared’s approach is clear, practical, and deeply grounded in movement intelligence. I’ve already integrated several flows into my warm-up and recovery routines, and I’m noticing increased range of motion and better posture even outside the gym. Highly recommended for anyone serious about staying healthy and mobile as they advance in BJJ.* 🔥 Oss! This instructional has been a game changer. Great for well-being on and off the mat.
Good material for strengthening the body. Suitable for self-study
Super recommended
Interesting stuff. I need to improve my health. Stretch some muscles. I will definitely work on that.
I recently purchased this class, and it exceeded my expectations, especially as someone over 40. The program focuses on improving flexibility, joint health, and overall movement, making it easy to follow from the comfort of home. It’s perfect for maintaining mobility and preventing injuries, offering a great balance of strength and flexibility without overexertion. A valuable addition to my training routine!
Just what I needed for mobility.
This is a fantastic tutorial for an athlete of any age who needs guidance on how to stay bendy for jiu jitsu. I love both the full body flow and the body-area specific targeted movements, which I use when I feel particularly immobile. Jared's approach is simple, clear, and makes great sense.
Since I have used this instructional, I enjoy rolling more because my body is less in pain. Highly recommend it. Thanks to Jared and BJJ Fanatics. Oss
The video is nicely done, it has a lot of content so I'm sure a lot of people will find these video useful. But for me specifically, I found it much less useful. This video simply wasn't a good fit for my needs, body type and flexibility/mobility levels. The squat advice on this video was too dogmatic which I did not appreaciate. And my posterior chain is extremely tight and I don't feel these exercises do much for me in that aspect. There's a couple of moves that I really liked and it includes some squat and bridge movement patterns which are great for sendentary individuals and somehow a lot of mobility videos don't put emphasis on this or completely miss that, I think this video really hits the mark in that regard, so that's good. Again, solid material just not good for me
The content is thorough and simplified in a way that it is easy to understand and implement in my daily routine. Thank you very much!
