Clear, Consise and so much fun!
As a currently quarantined white belt, I have found this series extremely useful in allowing me to keep learning. My flatmate and I are now 3 videos in and already seeing progress with the techniques Bernardo covers. I couldn't rate it enough. A must-have for any BJJ beginner!

This video is what is advertises. Having been on the BJJ path (inconsistently) for a number of years, this video has really helped to fill in lots of gaps in my knowledge and has helped me understand the fundamentals that lead to more advanced techniques, etc.

Mine is a smaller academy. We don’t have a basic curriculum and an advanced one: so it is up to new guys to find a way to understand the underlying mechanisms of the sport, in order to advance. BF’s instructional (which I’ve got for free during the coronavirus crisis, a gesture of utmost generosity from Bernardo’s part) is a GREAT way to fill the gaps. Watch it, the rewatch it, then take notes, then...train, train, train. Thanks again Oss
