  This was one of the first instructionals I ever bought My white belt brain realised that one of my bottlenecks was passing after I started Sweeping people So I picked this because farias game seemed so simple and easy to understand I got this dvd and practiced it on a *****, and my partner. Very soon I was passing everyone at the gym Its my A game Its what I go to in hard rounds and tournaments to get the job done A must for everyone.
