Was my first instructional and really changed my passing game. Highly recommended.
Super effective guard passing! Works for everyone!
Huge honor to learn over under pass from a master like Bernardo!
Bernardo is my hero. I have his previous instructional and this complements it well. Pressure passing is my go-to pass as of late, it doesn’t require too much commitment, and as you’ll find in the video, there are so many options in different situations. I would recommend and also say watch it over and over again to get the fine details.
Awesome!
Great instruction from a world champion. I enjoyed the rolling commentary the most.
Improves your passing tremendously
I own the physical version of this video, bought in another era after a long waiting. It skyrocketed my game as a white belt… loved bernardo from the dijitsu dvds, but here was at his peak.
Great and through instructional for gi-based pressure passing.
After studying and applying the techniques in this video, I really have started levelling up and causing problems on the mat! Bernardo's style really suits my game! Again, well worth the money for this! Thank you Bernardo! Oss

Over-Under pass is easily my new favorite pass. Bernardo shows so many ways to set it up and counter the counters.
The content and quality of this video is great. However, I wish I would have known you need to buy the first video, encyclopedia of pressure passing first to fully grasp this second volume. Otherwise, I would give it five stars
Decent instruction Worth pointing out this is a sequel - works ok on its own but there’s an earlier video which this builds on.
My first instructional from Bernardo was side control and it was a game changer! Had no doubts when I bought this one and of course, justified my expectations 100%. Great great concepts and details, which will help you not only with over-under pass but all pressure-type passes and even solidify your side/mount too once you understand the principles of controlling the body and restricting the movement. All recommendations, oss!
The technical aspects and details greatly enhance anyone who wishes to utilize pressure passing.
Great instruction
Bernardo Faria is one of the people you directly connect with a proper Halfguard and this instructional gives you a deep dive into this classic but highly effective guard. With a lot of amazing details and a fully rounded game. This instructional set the fundament for my guard A game
This has definitely helped me use my weight and size more effectively!
He teaches amazing technique that works!
Though I thought I was quite proficient with the over under pass I oddly enough never checked out Bernardo's videos. In hindsight this turned out to be a huge mistake. In this video bernado demonstrate a breakdown of his best techniques to make his over under bullet proof. A must see for pressure passeres.
Love this stuff and it applies well across body types
This helped me smash pesky guards in class. I immediately saw results day one. You have to get this from the founder. I am happy he created this site for me to learn faster. You will smash and make anyone forget about their great guard. This is great for OLD MAN JIU JITSU
Simply Amazing, a really good quality of the video and really simple tecniches to apply during roll but they work really well in the battle, nothing fancy only good working tecniches: what I was searching for.
Great video. lots of great details that really have helped understand weight distribution and pressure
