• Makes for a good sleeping pill.

  I fell asleep while watching this video series. The techniques were well demonstrated but the presentation of the technique lecturer was rather flat and I dozed off because of the lack of inflection. It gets five stars because now I know what BJJF title I can use to help me sleep when I'm struggling to crash on a hot evening in the summer time.
