Uncle Chael with a great instructional. Chael has a way with words and this dvd was clear, easy to understand, and practical. I highly recommend this one for anyone looking to improve their grappling skills.
Great content, and Chael is an engaging instructor.
Great series providing some core techniques in a variety of positions. While not devoted to wrestling, this does offer some great wrestling techniques and many of the positions are based upon what happens during a sprawl or scramble. Uncle Chael’s communication is clear, engaging, and undefeated!
A great teacher who explains the techniques very well.
Chael has an easy to follow style of instruction.
Chael shows an array of techniques that can commonly be used but the best thing about the whole instructional is his delivery. Chael clearly communicates to where I could watch with my eyes closed and know exactly what position he is in and the key points he teaches about it.
A must have for any wrestler transitioning to grappling. Chael is able to teach these techniques efficiently; he doesn't waste time or skip important details.
This instructional is a good part two to Chanel’s wrestling fundamentals instructional. Great teaching style!
very good grappling material for white and blue belts
good video
Highly recommended for those who started from BJJ (like me)... it gives you a whole new perspective on the top game, with an amazing teacher.
As someone who used to wrestle and started BJJ this DVD was one of my first purchases in an attempt to improve. Chael does a great job of breaking down the concepts into easy to follow steps.
Love him or hate him, Chael is one of the most entertaining personalities in MMA history. What you probably don’t know is what an amazing teacher he is—and this DVD proves it. Effective, fundamental techniques that are easy to wrap your head around—just awesome!
Another great video from Chael Sonnen. Easy to watch, very informative, taught with a passion for the sport.
Very good video by one of my favourite teachers. Very good content here. A++
Gangster Grappling by Chael Sonnen - got it for the MMA angle. Big fan of his and this series.
Great video!!
It feels short compared to others for some reason. Great stuff and easy to slowly implement but still feels a little rushed
helpful
He's such a great teacher! What helped me the most to understand is the fact that he repeats the techniques over and over when he shows them to us. That made me really understand the techniques.
Great techniques from great teacher. Very good video and excellent contribution to rest of my collection. Definitely worth the money. Hope more will come from Mr. Sonmen. As for Bjjfanatics nothing more to suggest just keep the perfect work.
This is easily my favourite dvd I bought on here and was one of the cheapest cos it was on sale. Easy to understand and apply even for solo drills with a grappling dummyand very effective. Gives you lots of good ideas to base your game around
Gangster Grappling has some real NOGI jewels. I received plenty of value out of the standing work. Short easily digestible segments and Chael Sonnen’s relaxed friendly teaching style make Gangster Grappling a great addition to the video library.
As one to not have much experience in wrestling/grappling/ground game, this instructional is worth every penny. It touches on a variety of different positions, even offering some more moderate/advanced techniques. Would 100% recommend.
Bonne videos chael montre des techniques simples et efficace. C'est un bon support pédagogique
