I watched this again for the third time over the three years that I owned this video, and now I appreciate how valuable this opening material is to integrate all the tools one develops.
A good tape for beginners and advanced martial artists
This tape is well structured and helps to clear the overload and confusion caused by the multitude of advices from the numerous MMA “experts” on the market.
Philosophy First
I purchased this series of instructional videos because I wanted to understand the strategy and tactics used by high-level MMA fighters. I was not disappointed. One thing to note is Chael emphasizes philosophies more than techniques. Personally, that's something I appreciate very much, but this may not be what someone else is looking for. Thanks Chael!

Good fundamentals instructional
I much preferred this instructional to most of the other MMA fundamentals instructional's as it focuses on key concepts which is much more useful for most people who are probably already aware what a jab,cross and a double leg takedown are (if not you can google it for for free) however what this instructional contains is much harder to find which is insightful views of a highly experienced and proficient practitioner.

Fantastic introduction to fighting
This course takes a different approach, instead of teaching specific techniques as the main focus, Chael teaches the overall philosophy of a set of techniques primarily and also teaches some specific techniques. If you already have a large library of techniques from other training and want an introduction to the sport of mma, then this is perfect. It will teach you to find your personal fight philosophy and incorperate what you already know into an mma repetrior.

Cool Perspective on MMA
This guy has a different mindset when it comes to training and selecting the techniques you wish to study. For example, Chael says the best strategies to use in MMA are the ones that are illegal in other sports. They're illegal because they're effective.
