  Chael is a great teacher. I never wrestled before but even lacking that experience the teaching was clear and easy to follow. If recommend it to anyone who wants to learn. I can't evaluate the content from an experienced wrestler's perspective but as a complete newcomer to the sport, I feel like I learned a lot.
