Amazing instructional !!!!
This is a very good instructional for wrestlers, but especially for BJJ practitioners. Some of these wrestling fundamentals are not taught to us in BJJ class.

The bad guy, Provides amazing wrestling fundamentals that can be applied to either jujitsu or wrestling. Being a high school wrestler I find it very important to constantly work on fundamentals fundamentals can be applied to jujitsu, which makes your standup game easier.

At our gym we don't have a wrestling class. Besides working take downs, hand fighting, etc in BJJ this instructional has really helped me out in implementing more wrestling into my game. As someone who didn't wrestling through highschool I've wanted to improve on it. Thank you!
