  Firas is direct and his inclusion of solo drillla to drive the movements home is great. Not to mention, absolutely no fluff or long drawn out explanations. Hot the switcheroo the forst time I attempted it

• Great review of Guillotine set-ups

  It doesn't cover guillotines like an encyclopedia. But, it gives good amount as a fundamental background. Even more helpful is how he sets them up. For every submission, you need a set-up and Firas does that very well.

• Super effective

  A very effective system that is changing my game completely. Finally my guillotine is becoming a real threat and I've just done two practices. Stuff works for MMA as well. Everything is well explained and put together, I recommend it to beginners as well as experienced fighters.
