  Straightforward, efficient instruction on guard retention. Firas does not go into nearly as much philosophy, repetitive angles, different scenarios or the minute level of detail of Danaher, Ryan or even Giles. But, for most students, this instructional is enough to really improve your retention skills. Highly recommended for those working on this part of their game.
