  Very good instructional. The only downside is that it lasts only one hour. You have the big details but not all of them. It is not a danaher instruc for sure (it lasts too long) but I would have love that one to last 2h to gain more details

  This was a game changer. Knowing how to neutralize an opponent and what are their routes to escape are important keys to maintain top control and eventually fight for a submission. I use various of these pins when rolling. Easily applicable and well explained.

• By far the best series about maintaining and progressing at tip side control

  F. Z. created a great libary of how ot maintain side control and getting to the mount or back. The video is taken at once per main topic and the explanaitions where put at the video after recording the techniques. That made it possible to stop at key positions/points and explaining them in depth. He is pointing out the doe´s and dont´s so well!! One part is focussed countering escapes and getting to mount. The other part is focussed on getting to the back. A third part is focused on useing the s-grip and different body lock variations to maintaine side control or get to the back. Highly recommend!!!
