Jayrod is amazing, he keeps things simple and explains well
Amazing instructional well tapped and right to the point . He does an amazing job .
It's a great instructional for improving standing positions, and developing a basic set of responses to common positions you'll be in.
This instructional emphasis how to get into better positions. You learn some high percentage takedowns. How to get out of bottom position, attack from turtles, and some decent passes. All of this is great for people who have a solid BJJ base but want some techniques to amplify their game. It's very digestible as well which makes it a quick instructional to apply.

I love this! It has upped my game so much especially my back attacks.
Very useful instructional if you want to improve your standup
very good shortcuts to get better faster
Good technique, was very useful to improve faster
As a former wrestler, Jay Rod makes many techniques I used to use adaptable to jiu jitsu. I have used many of the techniques to great effect and developed a reputation for strangling blue belts.
Great video! Very easy to follow and execute moves. Thank you for these types of in the gap between BJJ, judo, and wrestling videos.
This has a great assortment of things to develop in your game as you learn basics. Building on basics, and having more advanced tools in your game help the plateaus that we go through as newer guys learning the ropes.
Very well explained!
Great stuff!
Didn’t know what to expect when I got this instructional, but it has been great! Some really good concepts that I implement every time I train stand up now. I like how everything ties in together and he gives you options depending on how you want to tackle each problem! Highly recommend!
Simple thought out techniques that are really affective on the mat.
Great info, should be renamed "Gameplan for tournaments" though. Walks people through getting superior positions (which I'm definitely getting more of). Upped my ability to be aggressive overall.
