  fairly basic blue belt/whitebelt things.. BUT, there are some subtle goodies that I think make this a good buy. Honestly though, the best value with this is just validation that the basics you learned and drilled at whitebelt WORK. Trust the fundamentals and get the reps in. Its not magic, its just time in the fire.
