very good simplified wrestling for non gi grappling, really enjoyed simplified rear body lock transitions.
Loved the chains uchi mata to ankle pick and sweep to knee tap, quality content for sure but i was expecting something more in terms of "quantity"

The amount of information is sufficient to put into practice. I supplement this with Travis Steven’s instructional to understand how Jay Rod is applying off-balancing — and I can really understand how these moves work. Looking forward to more videos by Jay.
