Excellent tutorial with lots of energy!
Miko's enthusiasm for Jiu-Jitsu is very clear to see and that makes this instructional one of the best for me. Techniques are explained very well including the finer details to get the submissions. I've enjoyed putting the techniques to the test in rolls and I've had a lot of fun and success with them. I am a middle-aged grappler and not so 'fluid' in my movements but I am able to use/modify many of the techniques Miko demonstrates. Lots of fun!

Been following niko on IG for a while and I love all his lapel techniques. Finally he put out an instructional video and I had to get it asap! Very detailed and I love using g the lapels so this video was up my alley 10/10

M. H. created an absolute outstanding instructional about lapel chokes. You can feel his passion and enthusiasm from the first up to the last second! He points out the crucial details extraordinary well. He uses his whole body all the time and uses angles to set up and finish all the time. The cut of the instructional is unique by implementing angles when sensible by propper positioning of the camera. ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE!!!
Really Good Stuff
I have been following Miko's videos on Instagram for a while. Somehow, I didn't know he had an instructional but bought as soon as I was aware. This is really good stuff from the content to Miko's ability to instruct. Love this video and hope he puts out more content.

Miko is very fast but detailed in his approach of teaching. At the same time these chokes are not overly elaborate.
