  This is a pretty good instructional video. The explanation and video quality is great. It is all very niche stuff so most people could probably find a handful of valuable things that will plug right into their game directly no matter what your game is. Chances are you will not be able to use all of the material though, so I don't recommend it to those looking for a complete system. If you want some cool new material, this is great.

  Some instructionals have a guy sitting there, on his knees, talking forever. Miko's content is paced really well. Great detail, but I also don't get bored waiting for something to happen.
