The series is a must for all belts and all ages. Miko is fun, entertaining and informational. My son (Gray and Black belt) and I (Blue belt) watched the first volume prior to attending an open mat. We both were able to apply two different lapel chokes that day! I would highly recommend this instructional and Miko now has two new fans. Thank you!

These techniques work great and are alot of fun to play with. You'll feel like John Wick after watching this instructional attacking your training partner or opponents neck. The instructor is far from boring you won't need a pot of coffee to stay awake and the sections are less than 40mins long to. Boom:boom:

A must have instructional if you want to level-up on your lapel attacks & submissions .I'm a big fan of lapel attacks so this was a very simple purchase to make. Easy to follow and led by a very enthusiastic instructor. Well worth the money, so invest in yourself.

Good instruction of some very sneaky and technical jokes i will absolutely be adding. Very glad I purchased........On a side note Mr. Hytonen is a natural and enthusiastic teacher. For an instructional I really appreciated his energy and his delivery of the material being shown. I hope more instructionals of his come out soon.............Good job

Love this, most of the chokes are so sneaky and instant. One in particular made my training partner think their head was going to explode. Very detailed and great for any level plus Miko is so enthusiastic about BJJ.
