I appreciate Giancarlo's course layout, it's like here's eight volumes and it could be 30 minutes or an hour, either way you're getting more than you thought before.
Great
Awesome :ok_hand:
First Leglock Defenese Instructional so far, that also goes about preventing Entrys instead of just late stage defense and escapes
gives a great understanding of leg lock defense
Awesome class and technique!
A complete guide to leg lock defense. You can tell he genuinely did his homework before putting this out
I was impressed on instructor’s leg lock defense got so good in such short time. Now I feel comfortable rolling with leg lockers and am now frustrating them.
Excellent knowledge of Leg lock system. His escapes are in line with other systems, however he brings out basic and advance details that both the beginner and expert can draw from when teaching or drilling escapes.
I usually find instructional content difficult to follow since I am a beginner, but after watching his documentary was convinced that it was an essential subject to be familiar with. I am understanding so much more since watching this. Thanks Giancarlo.
I have worked some of these escapes, many I have not. This is already improving my leglock defense.
Giancarlo does a great job explaining defenses, I have all 3 instructionals he has put out and all have immediately improved my game. This is awesome content and I highly recommend picking it up.
