  Giancarlo presents a really in depth tutorial on how to blend jiu jitsu and wrestling. This is incredibly detailed and targeted toward the wrestler coming into jiu jitsu. Start with jiu jitsu, and finish with wrestling.

  This was a fantastic instructional. Really the only criticism is the name “wrestle up” because it doesn’t do it justice. Really good way of thinking about playing guard. Also, I have been struggling to find good resources on what to do against opponents who are on their knees against your guard. This has that info. Highly recommend.
