  See the back, take the back. This video starts by hammering home this concept, and the techniques back this up. This video is great for covering multiple scenarios, and has helped me not just in turtle breakdowns, but standing as well.

• One of the best instructors of his generation!

  G.B. has a very patient and calm way to explain. I have several his of instructionals. His structuring is outständing. I struggled a lot with developing and maintaining pressure in chest to back scenarios. This instructional is a gamechanger for me. He shows how to increase and maintain contact and pressure and how to transform it to get to the back and maximize your back control no matter if they stay on the ground or managed to get up! Highly recommend!
